How to creat a google play developer account!(full tutorial)

Hello friends,
In this tutorial I will show you how to creat your own developer account at google play.
and how to publish apk in Google play store.
So follow the instructions.....

1)First you need a gmail account.

2)Then Go to https://play.google.com/apps/publish/

You will see a page like the below

click on the agreement and then click on  continue to payment! 

3)you will see a popup,click start now

4)then it will open a new page, Fiill the form with info.

you have to pay 25$ to creat a google developer account.you can add master card and pay with it.

5)Enter card number and card date over  time and 4 digit code.Then accept and continue.you will taken to the google console.where you can upload your own creative apps.
